Student Athletic Programs



Hey, kids –What are you doing during the summer?

Take advantage of your time off and develop your fitness with Student Athletic Training Programs at Onslow Fitness.

Available from early June until mid-August, clinics at our Jacksonville gym are designed for rising 7 th graders to rising 12 th graders. Programs run each Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday and include:

  • 1:00 pm: Foundations (9 sessions)
  • 2:00 pm: Sports Performance (9 sessions)
  • Friday will be training in the pool

Applicable fees apply, and there is no discount when registering for all three clinics. However, a 10% sibling discount will apply. The cost of the clinic does not include use of the
