If your busy schedule doesn’t always allow for group workouts, you can still enjoy a wide variety of classes in our Group Exercise Studio using Fitness On Demand.

Select Your Fitness On Demand Class at our Jacksonville gym according to:

  • The type of workout you enjoy, such as strength, cardio, cycle, mind & body or dance.
  • The difficulty level and time of workout
  • The type of equipment you prefer, such as kettlebell, resistance band, yoga ball, free weights, etc.

Once you select your workout of choice, you can also customize your goal (cardio, weight loss, strength), your intensity (easy, standard, advanced) and even choose the abbreviated version if you’re on a time crunch. With Fitness On Demand at our gym in Jacksonville, it’s your class, your way, on your time!*

* Fitness On Demand is available in the Group Exercise Studio anytime a group class is not in session. Members may use this technology individually, or organize small group class for use with Fitness On Demand.
